Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the original delivery date or purchase date. To begin a return, please email info@thebecsboutique.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3–5 business days for your store credit to be issued via E-Gift Card.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, merchandise must:

Be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date or purchase date

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be free from odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or damage
Shoes

Shoes must be unworn and free of scuffs, marks, or damage
Pop-Up Event Purchases
The same return policy applies to both online and pop-up event purchases.
Items purchased at a pop-up event may be returned by mail or at one of our scheduled pop-up events, provided the return is made within 14 days of the original purchase date and meets all return eligibility requirements.
Customers are welcome to try items on over their clothing at pop-up events; however, all returned merchandise must remain in new condition with tags attached.
We recommend contacting us in advance if you plan to return an item at an upcoming event.

Store credit is issued for the item purchase price only and does not include original shipping charges.

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, it will be sent back to the customer and store credit will not be issued.

Please allow 3–5 business days for return processing once your return is received.
