Painted Tree Frisco is open daily from 10 AM – 8 PM. You can visit The Bec’s Boutique inside at Booth B3 during those hours.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.

Standard orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

At this time, all online orders are shipped directly to you. Orders placed through thebecsboutique.com cannot be picked up at Painted Tree.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive your return please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit to be sent to you via E-Gift card. (Second-Hand Chic items are final sale)

For purchases made in person at Painted Tree Frisco (Booth B3), Painted Tree’s 48-hour return policy applies and returns must be made directly at their location.

To start a return, please email Info@thebecsboutique.com with your order number and email address used at checkout to begin the process. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive details on how to send the item(s) back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Not quite — Painted Tree and The Bec’s Boutique have different return policies:

  Painted Tree Purchases (Booth B3, Frisco): Returns must be made directly at Painted Tree within 48 hours of purchase.

  Online Purchases (thebecsboutique.com): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a store credit.
