The Bec's Boutique Gift Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using a gift card from The Bec's Boutique, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Information

- Gift cards are issued by The Bec's Boutique and are redeemable for merchandise online at TheBecsBoutique.com only.  

- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.  

- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit unless required by law.  

2. Purchasing Gift Cards 

- Gift cards can be purchased in various denominations, which are displayed on the product page.  

- Gift cards are available for purchase through the website using the standard payment methods offered by The Bec's Boutique.  

- Once purchased, the gift card will be delivered via email to the recipient.

3. Redemption of Gift Cards 

- To redeem a gift card, enter the unique gift card code at checkout during the payment process.  

- The total amount of the gift card will be applied to your order total. If the order exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.  

- If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will be stored and available for future use.  

4. Expiration and Fees

- The Bec's Boutique gift cards do not expire.  

- No maintenance or inactivity fees will be charged to the gift card balance.  

5. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

- The Bec's Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.  

- If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@thebecsboutique.com as soon as possible. We may be able to assist you in recovering the balance if proof of purchase is provided.  

- Gift cards should be treated like cash, and the unique code should not be shared publicly.

6. Fraudulent Use

- The Bec's Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel gift cards issued or redeemed if we suspect fraudulent activity.  

- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any gift card that has been obtained or used in an unlawful manner.  

7. Liability  

- The Bec's Boutique is not responsible for any delay or inability to use the gift card caused by technical issues or system failures.  

- The Bec's Boutique makes no representations or warranties regarding the gift card, including but not limited to its merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or usability in certain situations.

8. Changes to Terms 

- The Bec's Boutique reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.  

- Any changes to the terms will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use the gift card, you agree to abide by the updated terms.

9. Governing Law 

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  

- Any disputes regarding the gift card shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, United States.
