Return and Refund Policy

Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please email info@thebecsboutique.com with your order number and email used at checkout to begin the process. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive details on how to send the item(s) back. Once we receive your return please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit to be sent to you via E-Gift card. If you have further questions about returning your item, please email customer service at info@thebecsboutique.com

 ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

-Items not eligible for returns include Sale items, Swim, Bodysuits, Socks, Accessories & Home Decor

 -The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

 -Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

-Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tag attached.

-Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.

-If an item is ineligible for a return based on our standards above, we will have to send back the ineligible Item to you and you will not receive store credit.

-Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

-Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

-Store Credit does not expire.
